Data Retention

9.1 1xbetph retains personal data for the following periods, after which data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized:

• Account and identity data: For the duration of your account plus five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AMLC record-keeping obligations;
• Financial transaction records: Five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Customer support communications: Three (3) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Technical and usage logs: Twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless retained longer for security investigation purposes;
• Marketing consent records: Until consent is withdrawn, plus one (1) year thereafter for compliance documentation.

9.2 Where retention beyond these periods is required by a specific legal obligation, court order, or ongoing regulatory investigation, 1xbetph will retain the relevant data until that obligation is fulfilled.

Your Data Subject Rights

10.1 Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by 1xbetph:

10.3 Exercising your data subject rights will not result in any penalty or reduction in the quality of services provided to you by 1xbetph, except where the requested action (such as account deletion) necessarily affects service delivery.

Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

11.1 The 1xbetph platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. 1xbetph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account and delete the data in question.

11.2 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on 1xbetph or provided personal data to us, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

12.1 1xbetph reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or platform features.
